The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload and play a key role within a growing and dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
* Handle sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant work, and commercial leases
* Assist with refinancing, secured lending, and development work where applicable
* Conduct title investigations and prepare detailed reports for clients
* Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
* Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and processes
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively

Vacancy Summary
