IT Service Management Reporting Lead | S4 | IT Service | Milton Keynes, UK
What You Will Be Doing
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which can be discussed with the recruitment team during the hiring process.
The IT Service Management Reporting Lead manages, validates, and coordinates with colleagues across technology to deliver reports used to manage IT services for Santander UK, up to and including the UK Board.
As the lead of the Service Management function within IT Infrastructure and Operations, you will be responsible for managing the metrics library, coordinating data collection, supporting technology teams in developing metrics, and ensuring report accuracy and completeness.
Critical to success will be your knowledge and experience in performance measurement in technology, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead executive-level conversations.

What You’ll Bring
* Experience leading a Service Management function.
* Deep knowledge of performance measurement in a technology setting.
* Experience implementing and managing a wide range of metrics across technology infrastructure and operations.
* Understanding of technology stacks used in large financial organizations.
* Ability to manage complex data sets and meet tight deadlines.
* Stakeholder engagement skills with technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
* Qualifications in frameworks like COBIT or ITIL.
* Knowledge of data platforms such as PowerBI or Elastic/Kibana.
Additional Information
This role involves hybrid working between office and home, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
