* On-target earnings of approximately £36,000, including bonuses

Duties of a Service Advisor
* Providing outstanding customer service to clients arriving for vehicle servicing
* Managing the entire service process from booking to vehicle collection
* Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to facilitate efficient vehicle servicing
* Using management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop, or similar to log jobs and customer details
* Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate to maximise workshop productivity
* Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Supporting the wider team to deliver a seamless and professional service experience
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
* Good mechanical understanding to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
* Knowledge of management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, or Keyloop is essential
* IT literate with the ability to efficiently manage various digital systems
* Well-presented, with strong organisational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and a professional appearance
* Ability to work under pressure and support colleagues as needed
