Role Overview Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across all HR functions. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with employment law. Assist with employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare initiatives. Contribute to HR projects and policy implementation. Skills & Experience Strong HR knowledge across generalist functions. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy administration. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Approachable and confident in supporting managers and employees. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
