What Youll Do: Lead a specific age group room (Baby, Toddler or Pre-School), ensuring a high standard of care and education Support and guide a team of Early Years Practitioners within your room Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Monitor childrens development and complete observations, assessments, and reports Work closely with parents and carers, building strong, positive relationships Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene policies are always followed What Were Looking For: Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior role in a nursery setting Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development Confident leadership and communication skills A caring, energetic, and team-focused approach Why Join them?
