They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager for their 3-bed Children’s EBD Home. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Deputy Manager who is looking to step up into a Registered Manager role in the near future, as the company is on track to open their second home shortly. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and receive the support, mentoring, and training required to progress into a Registered Manager position within 6-12 months. Key Responsibilities: * Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). * Assist in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. * Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans. * Act as a role model, promoting a culture of positivity, growth, and safety within the home. * Take on a more senior role as you work towards becoming the Registered Manager in the near future.
