Salary:
* Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 (including sleep-in shifts)
* Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 (including sleep-in shifts)

Now, we’re looking for passionate Residential Childcare Workers to join our dedicated team in our residential homes!
Purpose of the Job
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of young people facing challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality childcare to help young people achieve their best outcomes.
* Working flexibly and resiliently in a supportive environment.
* Maintaining clear and organized records.
* Engaging and motivating young people through positive interactions.
This is a permanent role with excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our expanding company. You will work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins.
Essential Skills
* Full manual driving license.
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude.
* Empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people.
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience working with young people.
* Willingness to work towards a fully funded Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (or already qualified).
