Role overview As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEN, SEMH and PMLD. You’ll provide tailored support both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils to access learning, build independence and develop essential social and emotional skills. You’ll play a key part in creating a calm, structured and inclusive classroom where pupils feel encouraged and able to engage positively with their education.
