Calculated Performance was born out of a passion for elevating the standards of private football coaching. Recognising the need for a comprehensive and supportive environment, we created a model that caters to players of all ages and abilities.
Our mission is clear: to develop the complete athlete. We want to grow a community of like-minded players and coaches who share the same passion for self-development, whether that is joining your first grassroots team or signing your first professional contract.
Today, we have several centres across the North West, UK. Each one meets a certain criterion, offering our members a unique yet familiar experience every time they visit

Role Details – Lead Football Coach
We are seeking a UEFA C-qualified coach with a proven track record in coaching, developing, and managing players of diverse ages and abilities. Expectations include session planning, direct player development, and regular communication with parents and coaches. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of Calculated Performance through coach mentoring, and centre development.
The role will directly contribute to the development of players across a range of ages and abilities, working predominantly on a 1:1 basis. You will deliver structured, engaging, and individualised training sessions, following the Calculated Performance Methodology. By working consistently with each players, you will build strong, trusting relationships and gain a deep understanding of their individual needs, enabling you to tailor every session to support their long-term development.

Pay: From £650.00 per month
