We are seeking to appoint a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our busy and dynamic Cardiac Cath Lab. The Lab operates an on call 24/7 service. You will work closely with our Lead Nurse for Cardiology, senior charge nurse and our interventional cardiologist team.
Ideally, you will have cardiology experience, at band 5 level or above. Previous Cath Lab experience is preferable although not essential as we will consider applicants with transferrable skills.
This is a fast paced department that provides scheduled coronary angiography and an emergency PPCI service. A significant number of cardiac devices such as pacemakers and ICD are also implanted.
