Vertu Ford Gloucester has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our well-established business. We are one of the largest motor retailers in the UK. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary plus company benefits.
Responsibilities
* Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Set customer expectations and maintain contact with customers throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
* Upsell additional products and follow up with customers after work is completed to ensure they are happy with the service.
Qualifications
* Previous customer-facing service experience is essential to be considered.
* Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are important, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
* Previous experience in the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
