Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons aligned with the national curriculum. * Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking. * Guide students through a range of literary texts, language topics, and exam preparation. * Monitor student progress and provide insightful feedback. * Take part in school-wide literacy initiatives and extracurricular activities such as book clubs or creative writing workshops. Requirements: * QTS or equivalent teaching qualification. * Degree in English, English Literature, or a related field. * Experience teaching English at KS3 & KS4. * Excellent communication and classroom management skills. * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
