About the Role:
We are working alongside a leading Manufacturing company, in the aid of seeking an Event Coordinator to manage 30 trade shows, conferences, and industry events across Europe each year. Youll oversee event logistics, booth experience, and content development-ensuring consistency, quality, and commercial impact across every activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute ~30 B2B events across Europe annually
Coordinate logistics, budgets, vendors, and booth design
Support content creation for speakers and booth messaging
Track event KPIs and lead continuous improvement
Oversee updates and operations for European showrooms
What You Bring:
2-3+ years B2B event coordination experience (ideally in a technical/industrial environment)
Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Suite
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
