The curriculum offers children the chance to get enthused by interesting core subjects whilst also offering reinforcement and encouragement to be independent Requirements Level 3 qualification Experience taking classes or covering in the absence of the teacher. Ability to support intervention groups. Excellent management of behaviour, a confident approach that offers care, support and boundaries. Set up and put into action engaging children within their core subjects that cater to the abilities of all students. Evaluate and examine students' progress in physical activities, providing feedback and identifying areas for development. Contribute to the organisation of school as a whole and develop relationships with school staff. Promote teamwork, and positive attitudes toward health and fitness among students.
