Placement Officer (Early Years)
Location : Swindon : Queens Drive Campus
Salary: A GBP 23,380 : A GBP 25,121 per annum
As a Placement Officer, you will provide direct support for learning to individuals or a small group of learners, over and above that which is normally provided in a standard learning programme.
What you will do as a Placement Officer
In this role you will help students gain meaningful, career:shaping experience in Early Years settings. Youll be the friendly, professional link between learners, employers and teaching teams : making sure every placement is safe, supportive and aligned with students goals.
You will visit placement sites : before and during : to ensure the placement is going smoothly (mileage paid through expenses), liaise with local organisations and ensure all the right checks and paperwork are in place. Youll also play a key part in supporting T:Level delivery and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Experience/Qualifications of a Placement Officer
Youll need a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent experience), a full UK driving licence and a passion for helping students succeed. You will need to be organised, approachable and ready to take ownership of a vital part of our learners journey.
