We are excited to announce the opening of a new 4 bed CQC-registered home in Kettering, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for adults with learning disabilities.

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes, a deep understanding of CQC regulations, and a commitment to promoting independence and well-being for individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of care professionals.
* Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Foster strong relationships with external agencies, local authorities, and community partners.
* Ensure the home provides a high standard of care, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Registered Manager with a valid CQC registration.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing a care home or similar setting.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in care for adults with learning disabilities.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
