Your new company
You'll be working for a professional services organisation based in the heart of Clevedon.

Your new role
You'll be acting as the Administrative Assistant for the office responsible for the following duties:

Greeting and catering to visitors, clients and employees upon arrival.
Phone handling and redirecting calls where needed.
Managing contact with clients including payments and document reconciliation.
Assisting with document creation and formatting.
Maintaining a neat and presentable office.
Handling deliveries to the office.
What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience working in an office for this role.
Experience within a professional services environment is preferred but not necessary.
You must be able to start ASAP.
