We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work as part of the Country House kitchen team, assisting with the preparation of food for meal times and special functions.
You will have a genuine passion for great food, a positive and proactive attitude, diligence, and an organized approach to work. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally in a hotel/events environment.
* An ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room colleagues, and guests.
* A good understanding of COSHH and HACCP.
This role is for 40 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
