Our Strategic Transformation Project Team was created to spearhead this transformation programme and delivers management and support throughout the entire lifecycle of strategic investment projects.

What will you be doing?

* Lead change management efforts for assigned Data & Analytics (D&A) projects, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and the development of comprehensive communications plans.
* Develop and execute tailored training, enablement, and communication plans to meet the unique needs of each project, ensuring user readiness and effective adoption.
* Monitor and evaluate qualitative and quantitative adoption/value metrics, providing detailed progress reports to the Head of Change Management.
* Work closely with the Head of Change Management and Change Specialist to ensure adherence to the overarching change management methodology and frameworks.
* Share best practices, lessons learned, and insights to enhance the overall maturity and effectiveness of the change management function.

What will you need to do it?

* Hold certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.
* Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related fields.
* Experience with AI projects or technology adoption is highly beneficial.
* Proven track record in leading change initiatives and managing complex projects.

* Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to develop and execute comprehensive training and communication plans.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate adoption/value metrics and provide actionable insights.
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
