As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and contributing to the overall success of our dining experience.
Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes
Supervise and participate in food preparation, cooking and plating
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and efficiency
Assist in cost control measures, including minimizing food waste and optimizing ingredient usage
Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
At least 4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
Proven experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
