We are looking for an experienced and driven General Catering Manager to join our team in Minworth, overseeing catering operations within a large and fast-paced organisation. Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day catering operation across a busy site
* Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing catering team
* Ensuring outstanding food quality, presentation, and customer service
* Managing budgets, labour costs, and financial performance
* Maintaining compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
* Building strong client relationships and delivering service excellence
* Driving innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement across the operation
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality management role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience managing large-scale catering operations
* Financially astute with budget management experience
* Passion for food, service, and operational excellence
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation
