Location: 103-107 Aberford Road Woodlesford, Rothwell, LS26 8LQ
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts (early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, weekends) - to be discussed at interview

What you’ll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service—put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone's day better—support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal—keep shelves stocked and verify prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Help introduce new products and services—make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues.
* Support your local community—participate in activities and events.

* Great people skills; ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A positive approach to change and problem solving.
* Flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
