Job Description
As Chief Operating Officer, the responsibilities will include:
1. Lead all operational functions including customer delivery, support, field operations, logistics, and network operations.
2. Drive improvements in customer experience, SLA performance, and operational KPIs.
3. Build scalable, standardised processes and implement 24/7 proactive support capabilities.
4. Develop and mentor operational leaders, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture.
5. Oversee large and complex project delivery, systems optimisation, and geographic expansion.
6. Partner with Sales to ensure operational excellence supports growth and customer trust.
7. Lead M&A integration.
8. Align operations to ensure scalability and EBITDA growth.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
