A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Executive Administration team for a Corporate Administrator. This role is designed to primarily support the Employee Director and the wider Partnership work, while also working flexibly across the Corporate Support Team.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised and flexible, with the ability to understand the complexities of the Employee Director's workload and support them to focus on their key priorities. The role involves providing a confidential, efficient, and effective administrative service.
The ideal candidate will possess an HND/HNC in business administration or have at least two years of administrative experience working with senior management. Experience in providing administrative support for meetings, including competent minute-taking skills, is essential. A good understanding of the NHS in Scotland, well-developed administrative and organisational skills, and knowledge of non-routine administrative/office procedures and systems are also required.
Highly developed computer skills using various Microsoft packages, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams, are necessary. The ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workloads, work independently and as part of a team, take initiative and responsibility for actions, and give a high priority to accuracy of work are all essential qualities.
