Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.
In your role, you will
1. Assisting the wider HR & Training team with a variety of process, including new starter compliance, security clearances and airside security passes, onboarding and offboarding
2. Perform data entry, record keeping, and tracking of personnel training and certification requirements, training attendance, and course evaluations for internal use as well as documented compliance with regulatory agencies and customers
3. Conduct pre-employment checks including reference checking and background checks
4. Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and ad-hoc projects
5. Managing external stakeholders for course bookings, materials arrangement and tracking
6. Assist with coordinating the Company’s induction week and assisting with a variety of different stakeholders and tasks to ensure the week runs smoothly
7. Assist in managing apprenticeship documentation and administrative tasks relating to the company’s apprenticeship scheme

8. You have previous administration experience is essential, previous experience within a training team or HR environment is desirable
9. You have excellent attention to detail
10. You enjoy a fast pace, creative environment
11. You are highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
12. You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 software, with the ability to quickly learn other software programmes and HRIS system.
