TAs work with and care for children of all ages. They play an integral part in pupils well-being; ensuring pupils thrive in a positive environment. TA's will be offered a personalised pathway to develop in up to two specialist areas: Special Educational Needs and Disability, Early Years, Behaviour, English as an Additional Language and Assessment.
What will the apprentice do at work?

You will be offered off the job training, which is a blended model of learning of doing coursework, training and shadowing. You will be entitled to around six hours per week to do this.
