The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you\'ll play a key part in delivering high-quality care and supporting both staff and young people to thrive.
You Will
* Provide tailored, person-centred care and daily support
* Encourage positive routines, independence, and life skills
* Lead shifts and support colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing environment
* Build meaningful relationships that promote trust and emotional wellbeing
