Responsibilities
* Lead day to day — build a brilliant team, set clear direction, and create a workplace where people thrive.
* Oversee hiring, coaching, merchandising, and payroll; take ownership and make things happen.
* Collaborate closely with District and Regional Managers to grow, improve, and celebrate success.
