Have you worked in a busy parts environment before and had experience helping and supporting customers? Have you worked in the truck or automotive industry before?
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Preston on a full-time, permanent basis.
No two days will be the same in this role; one minute you could be involved in solving complex parts-related queries, and the next, you could be promoting further parts sales in the branch. You will have the opportunity to not only identify truck, van, or coach parts as queries come in, but also ensure we hold all the stock needed to maintain the smooth running of the parts department within the branch operation.
To be the right person for us, you will have a good analytical brain, be proactive in maintaining customer service standards while promoting our services and products to maximize all sales opportunities, and have a keen attention to detail. It would be a real advantage if you have experience working in the truck industry; however, coming from the automotive world would help, as we can teach the rest. You will be methodical, have the ability to problem-solve, and be a strong administrator, as you will need to ensure all the corresponding paperwork is up to date.
