The Buckingham Canal Society a local charity working to restore a disused canal is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to play a critical role in helping to further develop the public profile of the Society as well as developing our brand in the eyes of funders.
What difference will you make?
The more we can promote the charity and start rebuilding a disused canal which is an environmental project as well the sooner more actual work on the canal can begin.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a marketing role, plus having worked for a Charity before hand and helped its promotion. Also an interest in canals and their future in the leisure industry.

What will you be doing?
The Society need help in promoting us on all social media sites including Facebook and previous experience here would be useful. This will include marketing and promoting events as well leading the development of our brand identity. With your help we can ensure our website and other resources truly reflect our charity's vision and impact.
