Job Description: As such, Direct Medics are working in partnership with an NHS Trust to find an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner who will be based in the Ormskirk area, providing a comprehensive specialist service in Community Mental Health. This post will require experience working clinically with service users experiencing a range of mental health problems and reviewing care needs and pathways for people with complex mental health issues in the community. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate with experience of complex mental health services and would also suit a registered mental health nurse, a social worker with community mental health experience. This role is ideally full time hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) with a duration until August 2025.
