We're working with a well-established manufacturing business operating in a fast‑paced environment. They're now looking for a Training Coordinator to take ownership of all site training and play a key role in maintaining high standards across the operation.
The Role
Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager, you'll coordinate and deliver training across all departments, ensuring everyone is trained to a consistent, compliant standard. This is a hands‑on, fully onsite role where you'll have real visibility and impact across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging inductions for new starters
* Coordinate refresher training and SOP updates
* Maintain accurate training matrices and audit‑ready records
* Work with department leads to identify skills gaps
* Manage the site training calendar
* Support audit preparation and report on training compliance
What They're Looking For
* Experience in a similar training role within FMCG or manufacturing
* Strong understanding of compliance and audit environments
* Confident delivering training to teams across site
* Organised, detail‑focused, and proactive
* Comfortable working full‑time onsite
