Quality Engineer £50,000 - £60,000 25 days Banks, 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri, Wellbeing 360, Enhanced Pension Bridgwater A great opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business in Bridgwater. You'll play a key role in improving product quality, strengthening process control and supporting customer relationships across a fast‑paced operation. Role & Responsibilities: Act as the main quality contact for customers, resolving issues and aligning expectations. Lead investigations into complaints and non‑conformances, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. Support customer audits, supplier quality discussions and cross‑functional problem‑solving. Maintain process risk assessments and implement controls to reduce defects. Analyse quality data and support continuous improvement and NPI activities. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality roles. Strong background in non‑conformance investigation and corrective action. Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or similar standards. Skilled in problem‑solving, data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. Organised, proactive and confident working with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
