JOB TITLE: Business HR Assistant\n\nDEPARTMENT: Business Human Resources (BHR)\n\nREPORTS TO: Head of HR, UK\n\nPrimary Purpose of the Role\n\nProvide HR support to the Head of HR, UK, with a focus on internal communications, employee health & wellbeing, and onboarding/induction activities.\n\nKey Stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Employees and contingent workers\n\n * \n\n Line managers, senior leadership, and directors (as appropriate)\n\n * \n\n External vendors and suppliers\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Deliver efficient and effective administrative support to the Head of HR.\n\n * \n\n Manage HR systems (e.g., Absence Manager, Workday, internal trackers) to generate and distribute reports, including:\n\n * \n\n Monthly HR reports\n\n * \n\n Headcount and workforce data (permanent, temporary, starters & leavers)\n\n * \n\n Sickness absence tracking\n\n * \n\n Employee lifecycle data (e.g., new joiners, retirees, long service milestones)\n\n * \n\n Nationality and immigration-related reporting where required\n\n * \n\n Provide communication support to HR and project teams by preparing company-wide updates for senior leadership review and approval.\n\n * \n\n Support induction and onboarding by preparing materials, handouts, and follow-up information for new employees.\n\n * \n\n Research HR and industry-related trends,...
