Are you a highly organised people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're partnering with a growing and ambitious business based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, and they're looking for a proactive PA / Project Coordinator to join their busy, supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine first-class PA support with project coordination, working closely with senior partners while ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly. No two days will be the same!
What you'll be doing:
Acting as the go-to person to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Providing PA support to partners, including diary management and meeting coordination.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and briefings with clients and partners.
Building strong relationships through regular communication both internally and externally.
Working alongside Finance to ensure invoices are accurate and on time.
Keeping the CRM database updated and accurate.
Ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Supporting your colleagues with ad hoc admin tasks to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
About you:
Previous experience in a PA, Project Coordination, or Administration role.
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A real team player who can also work independently.
Confident with IT systems and keen to learn new tools.
