Here at Yumi we are looking for someone to join our small and vibrant team for 28 hours a week at a key holder level. This contract is temporary, however there is a potential to turn into a permanent position - it just may be a different hourly contract.
We are looking for someone who is fully flexible over weekdays and weekends. Overtime is available.
Your role is to be a product expert with your primary focus to advise customers about our product and brand. You will also support the delivery of all necessary operational procedures.
This role does include short periods of lone trading.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consistently offer all our customers great customer service.
* Have excellent knowledge of our product, fit, style and trends.
* Ensure the shop is represented to a high standard at all times.
* Be a Brand Ambassador for the company at all times.
* Be competent in opening and closing the store.
