* Hours: 17.5 hours per week; we operate a 35-hour week, so this equates to a 0.5 post
* Location: Hybrid, our office is based at Age Scotland, First Floor, CausewaysideHouse, 160 Causewayside, Edinburgh, EH9 1PR.
This new part-time role will provide high-quality administrative support for Luminate’s day-to-day operations, projects, and activities.
It has a broad remit and includes general office operations; providing support for Luminate projects, events, and activities; ensuring the smooth running of our banking and book-keeping; contributing to funding applications and reports; and playing an active role in our future development.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent administrative, IT, and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Good attention to detail, ability to plan, and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Ability to form good working relationships, work independently, and as part of a team
* Ability to treat sensitive information confidentially
* Understanding of, and commitment to, diversity
* An interest in the arts in community contexts
