We have been working with schools in the Loughborough area for over 10 years, establishing excellent relationships with many locations. Our recent placements of Teaching Assistants have received positive feedback. We are looking to expand our bank of high-quality, flexible TAs to support these schools.
We seek a Teaching Assistant to work in a large, supportive SEN school near Loughborough University on a short-term, full-time contract. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding team member, with the following qualities:
1. Experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
2. Confidence with the curriculum or supporting learners' progress.
3. A relevant or equivalent qualification.
4. Ability to provide quality support to teachers and pupils.
5. Capability to work with small groups and individuals based on teachers' plans.
6. Ability to think quickly and adapt.
