Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers with lesson planning and delivery
* Work with students in small groups and on a one-to-one basis to boost progress
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere
* Provide tailored support for students with additional needs
* Help with classroom organisation and administrative tasks
* Get involved in school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities
Graduate Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
* A degree in a core subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities or similar)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine enthusiasm for education and working with young people
