The Opportunity
Join a remote-first team (with monthly meet-ups to stay connected) and work alongside a newly appointed Director of Engineering and a supportive group of engineers who value creativity, collaboration, and building things the right way.
Salary: Up to £70,000 + great perks
Location: UK-based, remote-first (Must be able to meet in Manchester 1x p/m; expenses paid)
What You’ll Do
* Build elegant, user-friendly features end-to-end, from back-end services to slick React interfaces.
* Collaborate daily with product managers and designers to create intuitive experiences for thousands of users.
* Work with a modern stack: Node.js, React, GraphQL, and Postgres.
* Take ownership of your work, write clean, testable code, and help define best practices as the team grows.
* Have your say in architectural decisions, new tools, and how the platform evolves.
