Overview
Aston Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gaydon. This is a hands-on, onsite, high-impact role that offers the opportunity to influence every stage of the vehicle lifecycle—from concept development through to delivery and decommissioning. The role spans multiple models and teams, providing exposure to a wide range of engineering challenges and the chance to develop a diverse skill set.
Responsibilities
* Drive process and quality improvements across the Assembly facility.
* Contribute to tooling and layout planning, PFMEA, process control, and statistical problem resolution.
* Engage with stakeholders across manufacturing, R&D, design, quality, finance and purchasing.
* Work primarily in Gaydon with scope across all sites and occasional travel to external suppliers.
Qualifications
* Solid foundation in engineering principles, gained through a university degree or an apprenticeship route.
* Ability to apply structured problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
* Experience bringing new products onto the line or installing systems, tooling or equipment is desirable but not essential.
* Siemens Teamcenter, NX and AutoCAD experience would be advantageous.
