to join our Somerset Substance Use Treatment Service, as part of our Insight team. This role is based at our Yeovil service, with the flexibility of
hybrid working

. Your Role and Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will: Respond to regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements for diverse audiences, from team members to senior management and commissioners. Showcase performance and celebrate the incredible work of our services and staff, focusing on best practices beyond just KPIs. Lead and inspire teams, using your leadership skills to help others reach their full potential. Research and understand the social value of our work, as well as that of local, regional, and sector competitors. Make informed recommendations to guide the direction of our services and organization. Provide insights to enhance operational effectiveness, ultimately improving the quality of life for those we support. Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will: Have experience in managing large volumes of data, with proficiency in databases and Excel to create engaging, performance-driving reports. Be skilled at breaking down complex problems into manageable solutions, collaborating with others to find the best approach. Possess experience with client management systems, particularly in enhancing service processes and data quality. Have a background in line management or supervision, focusing on team development and performance management. While experience in health and social care or substance misuse data is not required, knowledge in these areas would be a plus. About Us
