Primarily, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within your defined territory. You will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry and marketplace by building and maintaining strong relationships with key surgeons and HCPs. You will need to manage high-volume activities, drive market growth, and implement cross-divisional strategies to capture new business.
Ideally, you will reside near the territory, which covers South East London and Kent.

What you need
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with relationship-building abilities.
* Successful sales experience in medical sales, preferably orthopedics.
* Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Demonstrated teamwork skills.
* Workshop, demonstration, and training skills.
* Commercial acumen, understanding of budget and cost issues in theatres and surgical procedures.
* A full UK drivers license.
