The Role:
As a Legal Secretary – Conveyancing, you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing department by providing efficient and accurate legal secretarial support. Responsibilities include:
* Preparing legal documentation and contracts
* Audio and copy typing of correspondence and documents
* Diary management and appointment scheduling
* File opening, maintenance, and closing
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, and third parties
* Supporting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing files
The Person:
To be successful in this Legal Secretary – Conveyancing role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role (essential)
* Strong audio typing and IT skills
