Key Responsibilities * Support teachers to deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. * Provide 1:1 and small group support, building pupils’ confidence and independence. * Adapt strategies to meet a variety of SEN needs. * Build strong relationships with students, becoming a trusted mentor and role model. * Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. * Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and life skills.
