Your new role
As a Fundraising Officer – Individual Giving, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to grow individual giving. You’ll lead on donor acquisition, engagement, and retention, manage bi-annual appeals, and promote legacy giving. You’ll also oversee the fundraising team’s CRM system, ensuring data is used effectively to support supporter journeys and ie growth.
This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options available.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience in individual giving, regular giving, or legacy fundraising
2. Strong written and verbalmunication skills
3. Confidence in using CRM systems and analysing supporter data
4. A creative and proactive approach to campaign development
5. Knowledge of homelessness or social inclusion sectors (desirable but not essential)
