Your new role
As Director of Legal &pany Secretary, you will lead the legal andernance functions, ensuring robust frameworks andpliance across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering expert legal counsel acrossmercial, regulatory, andpliance matters.
2. Supporting the Board andmittees withernance and documentation.
3. Overseeing data protection and GDPRpliance.
4. Managing insurance portfolios and relationships with regulators and external counsel.
5. Leading and mentoring a high-performing legal andernance team.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Significant PQE inmercial law, ideally in financial services or regulated sectors.
7. Provenpany Secretary experience supporting Boards andmittees.
8. Strong knowledge of data protection and GDPRpliance.
9. Experience managing insurance portfolios andpliance functions.
10. Qualified Solicitor and ICSA/CGI qualification would be advantageous.
11. Exceptionalmunication skills and high professional integrity.
