Job Role – Assistant Manager - Full Time
Pay -
Second Assistant Manager - £32,000 base salary (+ up to £7,200 KPI bonus)
First Assistant Manager - £34,500 base salary (+ up to £9,300 KPI bonus)
Location – Bramley, Leeds

As Assistant Manager you'll be at the heart of the action, focusing on coaching, inspiring, and guiding a shift management team to deliver excellent service. You’ll lead the creation of a work culture that empowers crew members and enables them to shine.
What you’ll do:
* Lead a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
* Deliver amazing customer experiences by ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
* Take ownership of safety, food hygiene, and security standards.
* Train, develop, and mentor team members across all levels.
* Champion 1-2-1s and performance feedback to develop confident leaders.
* Drive business performance by understanding key metrics and managing the monthly P&L.
* Monitor the restaurant’s business plan and find new ways to succeed.

Two Stage Interview Process
We conduct a two-stage interview process:
* Stage 1 – Interview with Tom, our Learning and Development Manager, followed by a kitchen tour.
* Stage 2 – A 1-hour shoulder-to-shoulder session with a current shift manager, followed by a meeting with a senior leader to discuss the role in detail.
