Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives Wanted!
About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations by manually packing milk into trolleys, moving and emptying them across the chill area, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes.
1. Location: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)
2. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
3. Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7
4. Pay Rate: £12.66 per hour (plus below premiums)
5. 1.5x for Overtime 1.25x for Saturdays 1.5x for Sundays 23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM)
Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities
6. Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappers
7. Load and unload inbound/outbound vehicles
8. Rotate stock and check date codes
9. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments
10. Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go
11. Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards
12. Replenish materials and support team training
13. Communicate effectively across departments
14. Carry out additional duties as required

15. Previous warehouse experience is desirable
16. Good literacy and numeracy skills
17. Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
18. Strong team player who can also work independently
19. Excellent communication skills
