Responsibilities
* Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching
* Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf-edge standards, gap management and replenishment
* Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security
* Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback
* Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance

* Supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics or operations
* Strong leadership presence—calm under pressure with a passion for motivating others
* Commitment to high standards in compliance, risk awareness, and operational routines
* Ability to make decisions independently while keeping the wider team informed
* Proactive, hands-on attitude with a drive to improve processes and people
